Molly Ringwald – Now
If you’re feeling down, remember that things could be worse. Just ask Molly Ringwald. After she got cut from The Facts of Life, her career really took off, and she went on to star in some iconic 80s teen movies, including Sixteen Candles, The Breakfast Club, and Pretty in Pink – without Molly, those movies would have been a totally different game. So next time you get rejected from something, just think about dear old Molly and try to see the silver lining as she did!
Ringwald is still very active in both television and film. Recently, she has been in the films Bad Night and King Cobra, as well as appearing on shows like Raising Expectations and Riverdale.
