Dawn’s time on the show was relatively short, but she quickly established herself as a force to be reckoned with in the film industry. In addition to acting, she also produced, wrote, and directed several films. In recent years, Dawn has focused on making short films, which have been well-received by audiences.
Not only is Dawn an immensely talented woman, but she is also a wife and mother of five children. After her time on The Facts of Life, she took a break from acting altogether before returning in 2012 to star in her first short film.
