Going back to the clinic
The morning sun shone dully in Catherine’s eyes, and she felt as though she had slept for only a few minutes. Her family needed her attention this morning, but all she could think about was Khan and whether or not he was doing better.
Unlike last time, Catherine’s drive to the vet wasn’t as stressful. She arrived at the clinic right when they opened.
