Cute Eye Pillow
Meditation has grown in popularity during the last several years. Our favorite style is mindfulness meditation, but you can do it with anything as long as you are more aware of your emotions and ideas. This meditation eye pillow may be used to enhance the feeling of calmness while practicing.
On a white shirt, make two 5-by-10-inch rectangles. Sew the seams of the openings to one side. Fill your pillow with two glasses of flax seeds and a teaspoon of dried lavender. You may also use rice instead of this project’s materials. Then finish by sewing the last seam and applying it over your eyes. We hope that by its conclusion, you’ll be more conscious of that inner ball of light.
