It’s an easy way to get you off the couch and moving is to listen to music while sprinting. That energy is meant to get you into your stride. Before long, even before you put on your earphones, you’ll be expecting that adrenaline rush at 4 p.m.
We prefer to run hands-free just in case we feel like doing burpees or planks. Arm your phone with an armband. Every now and then, press next; simply reach up to the cut edge of your knit fabric top’s sleeve. It should be as big as your arm and as tall as your phone. Make a pocket for your device before slipping it on while running.
