Shia LaBeouf
Do any of you recall Shia LaBeouf in Even Stevens, where he played the adorable buffoon Louis? Do you remember that odd era when an Internet novelty song about real-life cannibal Shia LaBeouf became wildly popular for a time? Those were the glory days. I think back to them with nostalgia whenever I hear news of Shia LaBeouf’s latest strange behavior.
And, to be frank, there’s been some pretty strange stuff (though I will admit that the “Just Do It” video was amusing). But things took a turn for the worse when allegations surfaced about him abusing previous girlfriends. How difficult is it for people that we look up to just stop harming others? How do they not realize that this will eventually come back to haunt them?
