If I’m being honest, the thing that surprises me most about this post is the idea that he is a chill, fun, nice guy. I can’t speak to whether that’s true from personal experience, but he has definitely taken steps to cultivate a persona that does not come across as chill, fun, or friendly.
However, I’ll confess that I’m not familiar with him! Apparently, at least some people always thought he was fantastic, and it was only when allegations of his abuse of girlfriends emerged that they changed their opinions.
