Restore Raisins With Hot Water And Airtight Container

If you’re a raisin lover, you might be surprised to find out that they don’t last forever. Raisins have a shelf life, but there’s a way to make them last longer by soaking them in hot water and then transferring them into another container.

By storing raisins in a tightly sealed container after soaking them, you can have edible raisins for up to a year. However, over time the raisins will become less sticky and harden due to moisture loss, making them difficult to chew.
