Don’t Keep Your Bread In The Refrigerator
Don’t keep bread in the fridge. Bread, baguettes, rye loaves, and sourdough should all be kept at room temperature, on the counter, or in a cabinet. Because moisture is trapped within them when they are stored cold, pieces of bread will get stale faster.

There are many methods to keep bread fresh. Rather than leaving it on the counter or inside the refrigerator, putting your bread in a specific box will preserve it longer. Remove it from storage when you want to make toast for breakfast!
