Honey is a good antioxidant. It has antibacterial and antifungal properties, making it ideal for use at home if you’re sick. Unfortunately, honey can crystallize if stored incorrectly. However, there’s a simple solution if your honey crystallizes.

Stir the jar of honey in a bowl of warm (not scalding) water for a few minutes, then stir it again to re-emulsify. The crystals will have vanished, and magnificent liquid honey will be back. Please do not microwave your honey because doing so removes the nutrients that make it so wonderful.
