A regular sleep routine? What is that?!
As we get older and acquire more duties, maintaining a regular sleep schedule becomes increasingly difficult for us. We go to bed far too late and arise much too early. And no matter how tired we are, we have a difficult time sleeping at night if we take a nap in the afternoon.
When we disrupt our sleep habits, we appear to be Sleeping Beauty: sleeping soundly in the middle of the afternoon and staying awake until the early hours of the morning! We even have a burst of energy to do a million different things around dawn because we can’t fall asleep!
