Sorry, I’m just hungry!
Anyone who has ever been around children knows how they can act when they’re tired or hungry. Just like it’s normal for kids to start crying and having tantrums around lunchtime, adults can act the same way.
When we’re hungry, it’s not our finest hour, but we can’t help feeling cranky and irritable. But when our meal is ready, all of our foul moods vanish instantly! We then return to being as kind and gentle as Winnie the Pooh again!
