A frog the size of your head
Take a look at the image below to see what we mean. We can guess what you’re thinking, but no, this frog did not consume another frog. The Goliath Bullfrog’s natural size is rather frightening, as might be seen in the picture above. But don’t let their appearance intimidate you; while most toads and frogs are docile and do not attack others, they will defend themselves if attacked.
A bullfrog might weigh up to three kilograms and be 30 times the size of a regular frog. Despite all of this, frogs are beneficial in that they consume insects and pests and help us control them. They may not be the most attractive creatures on the planet, but they are our allies because they eat insects and pests.
