All the Bread
Bread is a major part of Indian cuisine, much as pasta is in Italian cuisine. India offers the greatest variety of bread in the world, with over 350 distinct varieties. They may vary significantly in form and come complete with special fillings, components, cooking molds, and even different cooking techniques.

Every bread is appreciated and loved in India, from puris filled with potato mixtures to the classic chapati. Some bread are deep-fried, while others are cooked in clay ovens, and still, others are garlicky. To put it another way, if you’re going to India, you should probably give up eating.
