Proposing a toast
Like many others at dinners, this stepdad wanted to give a speech. It may have been an enjoyable evening for everyone, but it was about to take a dramatic turn, and they were all too blind to see it coming.
The groom began his toast by stating that it had been a great pleasure to be part of this family for the previous ten years. The guy said he owed the bride and groom a debt of gratitude since they had opened his eyes to something essential.
