Kind of a fixer upper
The first thing that went through the real estate agent’s mind when they opened the door to this house was, “Oh my God, what have I gotten myself into?” The next thought is probably, “I’m sure I’m going to die.” In case you weren’t aware, the black spots on the walls aren’t scorch marks.
It’s hard to beat the price, but it would be better if they were. They are, in fact, toxic black mold. You’re in trouble if the name isn’t enough to clue you in. We really hope that if a buyer purchases this house, they will raze it as soon we finish reading this article for added realism on our part!).
