A house cat once saved a baby lynx’s life
People often think of cats as creatures that are independent and don’t care much about others, when in reality, they have very strong maternal instincts. Just like other animals, they can adopt and foster babies from different species to care for them until they grow up.

This may be hard to believe, especially for people who don’t appreciate cats’ independent nature, but the fact speaks for itself. The house cat we see in the picture has such a big heart that it couldn’t handle seeing another feline suffering. So, she became the baby lynx’s mother.
