It’s Important to Brush Your Teeth After Every Meal

There is some debate over how many times per day we should brush our teeth. Some people say that brushing after every meal is best, while others argue that this could do more harm than good. Ultimately, it is up to each individual to decide what works best for them.

We should brush our teeth twice a day, every morning after breakfast and before going to bed at night. We shouldn’t brush more than three times a day because it might wear down the enamel on our teeth. If we absolutely have to brush after eating (for example, if we ate something acidic), it’s ideal to wait for 30 minutes before brushing.
