People’s Sight Deteriorates if They Read in the Dark
At some point, we have all been told that reading in the dark is bad for our vision, but is there any evidence to support this claim?

The eye is a very complicated organ that can adapt quickly to different lighting. However, just like any other muscle, when it’s overworked, it becomes exhausted. This happens when we read in poor lighting or from our phones and computer screens; it tires out the eyes quickly and causes headaches and dizziness. But if we take a break or nap, our eyes will be rested and back at full strength.
