Inside the 52-Room Mansion Mike Tyson Sold to 50 Cent

April 6, 2012 by Michael Franklin

Mike Tyson, a boxing legend, hit a little cash difficulty in 2003 and had to file for bankruptcy. To pay off his debts – which were somewhat large – he was compelled to sell assets, including his enormous luxury house in Farmington, Connecticut. The home (which 50 Cent purchased and just sold in 2019) has retained a bit of the flair both Mike Tyson and 50 Cent are recognized for, despite being out of his hands for many years. Here’s a look inside this incredible house.

Privacy and Space

The former home of Mike Tyson is located some distance from the road, behind a tree-ringed fence and a private driveway. Look no further if you’re searching for a nice peaceful setting to call home.

Mr. Askar, a businessperson from Florida who owns several dining establishments, bought the property in 2017. I’m guessing Mr. Askar was seeking some seclusion as well!
