Creative Examples of Gifted Graffiti Artists

April 7, 2018 by Michael Franklin

A Cannibalistic Message

McDonald’s advertisements and billboards seem to get destroyed rather frequently. Perhaps it’s because the firm is so large that it’s almost untouchable, and their advertising is everywhere. Graffiti on a few signs here and there isn’t likely to significantly impact McDonald’s earnings.

This ad on a billboard in Vegas, Nevada, was simply “Treat a friend. Heck, treat them all.” It was very clearly an advertisement for the fast-food chain’s low pricing. We’re all sick of hearing that message, aren’t we? The graffiti artist took it to the next level: “Eat a friend. Heck, eat them all.” Doesn’t it make you want to watch Silence of the Lambs again? Is that so? It’s just us.
