Bathroom Shenanigans
The paper towel method is far superior for both yourself and your clothing. When you go to the restroom in a public place, it’s always a nice gesture when paper towels are draped over the sink. You generally have to wash your hands and then wipe them dry against your pants after every encounter.
This person, however, took the directions a bit too literally and didn’t even collect enough paper towels. This is gross to look at, and we feel sorry for the individual who didn’t enjoy the great public restroom/paper towel experience. We doubt if there’s a design flaw after all with this device…
