Balancing Act
Specific structures make you stop and take notice. Modern architecture is so distinct and unusual that it can sometimes attract you with its simplicity. However, there are modern buildings that have you looking at them in alarm for all the wrong reasons, such as concern for safety.
To be honest, I’m not sure anyone who had to work there felt secure. Other things could have been done to assist this structure in a safer manner, but the architect preferred it to appear like this above all else.
