Is this a Game of Jenga?
Depending on where you’re from, you’ll be used to different cultural conventions, whether it’s how people dress, the food they consume, or even the type of houses they live in. These cultural differences are frequently what distinguish us from one other in a good way.

In this case, the building code culture in this country is different from it in the United States. How this structure was built would not fly where I’m from for a reason. It doesn’t appear to be standing firm, and two, it doesn’t have a roof. This probably isn’t finished yet, but there are many reasons why this design is strange.
