It’s either a plastic wire or a bright thread, and it might be the yarn, as well. But it appears that all of the string décor creation alternatives are giving people trouble. It is not quite as simple as it appears.
It’s a lot more than that. It takes concentration and coordination. Kid, be merciful on yourself as you attempt to wrap the sticky yarn around the balloon while maintaining it in place… child, have pity on yourself in this world.
