Outdoor Awnings are a Breeding Ground for Bees
Most people believe that bees only build their homes from furniture, but they’re wrong—awnings are fair game too. When the weather is lovely and inviting to us in the springtime, bees swarm awnings for fun. Believe it or not, these little striped pests can actually be beneficial for our ecosystem; however, they can also be quite irritating.

Bees can be a nuisance, and they can ruin your awnings, which are designed to provide luxurious shade during summer. If you see a swarm of bees in one corner, it can be disheartening. Make sure you keep your awnings bee-proof so that you don’t have to deal with stings or worse – if you’re allergic, bees can be deadly.
