In a Chimney
Sitting by the fireplace on a cool night is one of life’s simple pleasures; however, it can be ruined when you find out that a colony of bees has decided to take up residence in your chimney. The chimney is the perfect place for bees as it is secluded and has the right temperature for growth. Unfortunately, this means that you will have to share your cozy fireside spot with them.
Unless you are willing to don a beekeeper’s suit and face an attacking swarm on your roof with no escape, it is best to leave the colony be. If you must remove the bees, however, contacting a beekeeper or professional bee removal company would be ideal, as bees are usually non-aggressive by nature and good for the environment.
