Another Inconspicuous Place for a Beehive: Boat Seats
What could be more enjoyable than a leisurely boat ride on a sunny day? Everyone loves them, including bees! As this image shows, a colony of bees has taken up residence in the depths of a boat seat. This is likely due to neglect of the vessel; after months of being left untouched or unkempt, the bees have simply claimed it as their own.
While bees generally only become aggressive if they feel in danger, we understand that you may not feel safe having them on your boat. If they build a nest or hive, they may sting if something happens to make their environment unsafe. A few bees aren’t cause for alarm, but a larger infestation requires expert help.
