If you see a large number of bees on your bicycle, the best thing to do is find someone who keeps bees in your area. Chances are that this particular swarm came from one of their hives.
Because honeybees are costly (anywhere from $135 to $250 for a new colony), destroying them would not only be an irresponsibly financial decision, but it would also contribute to the decline in bee pollinators. Call an expert if you have bees on your property and wish to remove them.
