Red Under-Eyes – Japan
Women in Japan are purposely applying red pigments to their under-eye area. In contrast, most women around the world spend hours of their lives and hundreds of dollars trying to reduce discoloration.

A pale foundation should be used to enhance the redness to complete the effect. Who knew that taking days off due to sickness could yield such creative results?
