Vintage car seat
Since the ’50s, a lot has altered, but one thing that is unquestionably different is safety standards – especially when it comes to child car seats. Instead of the well-cushioned, secure harnessed car seats we have today – infants and young children were frequently found in the front seat next to their mother or father in something like this.
Despite the fact that it appears to be something that babies would enjoy — they may sit up high enough to view out the window, and they even have their own little steering wheel — it is not at all safe. There aren’t even any hooks or ties to keep him in place!
