In the circus
Traveling circuses were still popular in the 1950s, with one of the largest and most long-lasting being the Ringling Bros – Barnum & Bailey Circus.
During the ’50s, there was one ginormous train system that carried the performers and all of their costumes and equipment to the major cities in order to set up their tents. This circus performer is seen putting on her colorful circus costume before heading out to entertain the crowd.
