The most fascinating aspect of fashion is that it always comes back. These charming sunglasses, for example, are right now as well as the fact that high-waisted pants are more popular than regular-waisted ones.
Is that a pair of ballet flats I’m seeing? Every few years, those appear and then vanish. Now we just have to hope that ribbons and bows in the hair make a comeback because they completely destroyed every other look.
