Most folks keep their tools in their garage. But consider this – perhaps they should go elsewhere. Hide them in the least expected place. Tools are prime real estate when it comes to reselling them at a higher price. They usually run the gamut of a couple hundred to a couple of thousand dollars.

Maybe you can keep your tools in your closet or under your kitchen sink. Or you can stow them away in your bathroom. Regardless, it may be prudent to keep them out of your garage, where most burglars will expect to find them. Keep those thieves on their toes!
