Empty Safe Is a Decoy
This person employed a decoy safe and it worked out to their advantage. Despite having expensive gadgetry out in plain sight during a burglary, the thieves were more interested in the safe. Why? Because safes usually mean valuables. However, said safe contained nothing. It was empty. This safe served its purpose as the perfect decoy.

Consider investing in a fake safe. You can leave it in your closet or by your bed. That way, should anyone gain access to your house, they’ll be distracted by the safe. And if they can’t open it, perhaps they’ll leave with said safe. Boom! Problem solved. Trick them with an empty safe.
