Mind Your Manners
We’ve all read articles and seen viral videos of passengers behaving badly and mistreating flight attendants. It’s not fun to watch, but it’s shocking to hear or see someone acting so out of line and we often can’t look away. Just because someone pays for a ticket, it doesn’t give them a right to be rude and belligerent to staff members!

We like to follow the Golden Rule in social situations like this. Treat others as you would like to be treated, and things will work out better for everyone involved. Flight staff is definitely more likely to accommodate your requests and answer your questions if you treat them with respect and friendliness.
