Toilet troubles
This story is pretty disgusting, so if you’re squeamish, please feel free to move along. We don’t have to tell you that South Korea has bathroom like the rest of the world, but it how they use the bathrooms, especially during twosies, is vastly different from us.
South Korea has bidets or toilets with spray hoses next to them. For those that don’t (at home or in older commercial buildings), they rely on good old toilet paper. However, there are signs warning people not to toss their used TP in the toilet before flushing. Instead, you toss the TP inside of a garbage bin placed next to the toilet. What’s worse is that the garbage bin doesn’t have a lid. We told you this was gross.
