January 14, 2015 by Kelly Davies Leave a Comment

The widows of the two policemen who died in active service in Borno state were on Wednesday presented with N400,000 cash.

The two policemen were CPL Raymond Ishaku and Bawa Abdullahi. Mr. Clement Adoda, the police Commissioner in Borno, presented the money at a ceremony in Maiduguri.

Adoda, who represented the Inspector General of Police (I-G) at the event, said that the money was the deceased’s’ entitlements at the Police Insurance Welfare Scheme (POLIWS).
