No Extra Days Off
It might be challenging to get used to a new structure after leaving your job, as company rules vary from firm to firm. After you quit your job, the format may seem strange. Slight modifications, such as whether or not they enjoy drinking coffee and the number of annual vacation days you are allotted in a given year, can sometimes occur.
We think this poster is a joke since it appears pretty unjust. Employees are required to obtain a doctor’s note if they are ill, and this does not imply that they are feeling well. Even if this is a joke, management may have missed the mark on this one.
