The decision is simple if your employer asks you to pick between your job and religious obligations or any other kind of personal commitment. This sounds like a bad work environment, and we hope this woman has made the correct decision and left. We’re not implying quitting is easy; however, it may be the best option in certain situations.

Your work has value, but it isn’t more essential than your personal or religious duties. If your employer doesn’t understand this, there’s a problem. Being a boss involves both technical and interpersonal skills. Some individuals just don’t have the required people abilities to be managers.
