Calm Down
When the tenant signs a lease, it becomes binding. The tenant agrees to all provisions in the contract given by the landlord, and the landlord promises to keep their end of the bargain. If a tenant breaks any terms stipulated in the agreement, the landlord has the option of evicting them.

First, this landlord appears to be very quick-tempered, which makes me cautious about dealing with them. According to the law, this so-called renter would need to have received adequate notice that they would be evicted if they breached their contract. But we hope that they did get a said warning since it’s not entirely clear whether or not they got it.
