We spend the bulk of our lives at work, if you think about it. Day in and day out, performing the same task with the same people might be disheartening. If you work in a fun and energetic workplace, that’s fantastic, but if you’re stuck in a less exciting or vexing environment, your days at work may seem lengthy and unproductive.
Imagine if your workplace had a sign like this. If a vital sign is required for any business, something is wrong here. If employees are crying at their job because of the company’s management, that sounds like there’s an issue. Maybe it isn’t as terrible as we believe, but this warning doesn’t offer much comfort.
