It’s odd how some businesses think that they have the right to mistreat their employees however they choose. Sure, there are regulations in place at various workplaces and working conditions. But by strictly enforcing such tight restrictions, the workplace would become a tense environment where workers are constantly afraid of being punished for doing something incorrectly.
What a horrible working atmosphere. Management is always eager to point out when you’re being unproductive the minute you clock in as an employee. It almost seems like there isn’t much trust between employer and employee. Perhaps neither individual would have to live in such contempt for one another if these connections were founded on belief.
