Doctor’s Note
It’s easy to forget that everyone is a person in a business rather than simply a service for you to exploit. Managers may forget this from time to time, however. Not all workers can be treated the same way; one employee’s needs might differ dramatically from those of another.
Isn’t it possible to drink water without paying? Even if the manager doesn’t have a doctor’s note, shouldn’t everyone get some water? It appears to be an odd system that gives your employees water under specific circumstances. What happens if one of the staff has a medical problem and is advised to drink Cool Aid because of the doctor’s order? What then?
