As previously said, Carrie’s current interest is focused on fitness and well-being. She recently published her book, which she completed in early 2020. Find Your Path is a book that explains how to maintain strong and healthy by following her straightforward yet effective exercise program.
It also worked wonders to promote her health app, Fit52. The book and the software are based on how we can remain physically fit for 52 weeks of the year. While the book did not meet expectations, the app was a great success.
