A meat-free kitchen
On occasion, Carrie has called herself a “wannabe vegan,” though she does not follow a completely vegan diet. She’s experimented with tofurkey in the kitchen, enjoys Raw Rev bars, and has a particular soft spot for vegan-friendly quesadillas. While she endeavors to adhere to a vegan lifestyle, she also has an egg addiction from her backyard chicken coop.
Aside from the eggs, her kitchen has been meat-free for as long as anyone can remember. She serves the most aesthetically pleasing eggs in an earth-toned kitchen, where she tests vegetarian-friendly recipes. Carrie is more than a great home cook. In 2020, she published a book titled Find Your Path that detailed her vegan journey.
