Before the mansion
Before she moved into her Brentwood home, Carrie’s first house was a modest version of the opulent estate she would call home for ten years. She bought a property in Nashville, Tennessee, the perfect location to begin her music career.
Her first house had three bedrooms and 3-1/2 bathrooms. She purchased the house from her Idol earnings and started adding personal touches to it right away, much like she would like for her later home in Brentwood. She spent a few years there before moving to her Brentwood mansion.
