The fall
In late-2017, Carrie had a life-altering fall that reaffirmed her decision to depart. While attempting to climb one of the stairwells in her house, she missed a step and tumbled down. When irresponsible chat-show hosts insinuated that her “deform” face was due to botched plastic surgery, she immediately informed her followers about the accident.
She was able to depart for the hospital because her then-toddler son, Isaiah, was still asleep in the nursery, and she didn’t need any help. She required assistance to reach the hospital securely. She received up to 50 stitches and treatment for a broken wrist at the hospital.
