The Lius’ argued that they have been caring for two babies and supporting them financially for he past month since the birth, plus they had already purchased clothes and appropriate furniture, diapers, etc, for two babies, not the mention the fertility treatments paid for by them, thus – they demanded their money back.
Jessica and Wardell felt as if they were done a great injustice; the Lius’ knew of their financial difficulties; after all, this was one of the reasons they got into this in the first place, and they felt like they were being selfish and unfair towards them.
