Fake Name, Real Fraud: The Story Behind the Fake Heiress Anna Delvey

The real Anna

Her real identity was discovered. As it turned out, her real name was not Anna Delvey but Anna Sorokin, and she’s not from Germany, as she claimed, but was born in Russia.

Her father, of course, was no diplomat or oil executive as she told everyone, but he worked as a truck driver, and her mother owned a small convenience store.
